Thanks for visiting my auction! Here we have a Phase Linear Model 4000 Series Two Autocorrelation Preamplifier. Serial Number 4P 16534. Made in the USA. This unit has been tested and and functions but not fully. The power switch takes several attempts to make contact and turn on. Also, the autocorrelation button produces no noticeable difference in sound. This is the extent of my observations. There may be other issues. All I can say is that it does work but will require some repair to be fully functional. Please bid accordingly. The condition is good with minor scratches on the metal cabinet and several small dings on the edges of the faceplate (see pics). The 4000 Series Two Preamplifier appeared in 1978. It continued the Phase Linear legacy of extensive control of source material. It featured improved specifications over the 4000. Buyer pays actual shipping costs via UPS Ground. Alternative shipping methods can be arranged by request. This unit will be double boxed for shipping to ensure safe arrival. As a result a handling charge of $10 will apply to offset the cost of packaging materials. Due to age this item is being sold as-found, as-is. No warranties, returns, or refunds.
